How the expert fee is worked out

Larger and more complex businesses take more analyst time, so the fee follows the industry and the size of the business: a base fee for your industry, plus a small percentage of the indicative value, never below a minimum and never above a cap. Optional add-ons are added on top. You see every line before you pay.

Business valuation: frequently asked questions

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. The online estimate is free, instant and without obligation. It uses only the figures you enter and our industry method.

How is the expert valuation fee calculated?

A base fee for your industry plus a small percentage of the business's indicative value, with a minimum and a maximum, plus any add-ons you choose. You see the full fee before you order.

What is the difference between the estimate and the expert valuation?

The estimate is automatic and indicative. For the expert valuation an analyst works through 6–12 months of your real figures and documents, applies written adjustments for things like lease, licences and staff, and a second analyst approves it.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer, Raast, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Your order shows our account details; you send us the transaction reference and we confirm it, usually the same working day.

Can I use the report with a bank or in court?

Not by default: the report is for setting an asking price and negotiating a sale. If you need it for another purpose, tell us before ordering. See the Valuation Terms.

Both services are covered by our Valuation Terms.
